I've recently started frying one side on...Yum! I've recently started frying one side only of each slice of bread and putting the bitty together with the fried side inwards, next to the bacon. Yep, it's a detail, but you end up with a soft bread sandwich with a crispy bacon and bread middle - it's sooooo delicious!
